Job Description:
The Foreman position will ensure safety procedures are followed, work is completed in a timely manner, and the integrity of workmanship is upheld.
The Foreman is responsible for the crew in which they manage.
The Foreman will organize the project from start to end.
Must be physically capable of handling all aspects of the job.
Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
Good communication within White Castle & the community The ability to listen and understand information without clarification.
The ability to communicate clearly through a variety of channels such as phone and in person in order to ensure information is communicated clearly.
Maintain positive business relationships Seen as an individual people can go to for help.
Respectful to home and business owners as well as general contractors.
Driven for results - goal oriented and follow through Trusted to achieve goals successfully by being thorough, reliable, honest, and effective.
Cooperation & teamwork Seen as a team player, cooperative, and easily gains the trust & support of others.
Action oriented Seeks out challenges & is willing to take on additional responsibilities.
Is a self-starter, develops and implements new methods, solutions and procedures when appropriate.

Job Requirements Experience with metal roofing and other exterior building materials Experience in composition, and flat roof applications Experience running and managing crews Respond to roof and building exterior maintenance and repairs Installing wall panels and other exterior building materials to perfect fit Establish scaffolding and other safety equipment on job site Maintain clean working area at all times Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations Ensure worksite safety and adjust as needed Comply with all company safety procedures Ability to operate basic hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time Not afraid of heights Supervise and train employees in daily operations Track and report daily and weekly progress Job
Qualifications:
Driver's License and clean driving record (preferred) Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to work independently Ability to travel and work out of town Those who will live out our core values of Community, Hustle, Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Trust Education:
