Job Description:
The Foreman position will ensure safety procedures are followed, work is completed in a timely manner, and the integrity of workmanship is upheld.
The Foreman is responsible for the crew in which they manage.
The Foreman will organize the project from start to end.
Must be physically capable of handling all aspects of the job.
Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

Job Requirements Experience with metal roofing and other exterior building materials Experience in composition, and flat roof applications Experience running and managing crews Respond to roof and building exterior maintenance and repairs Installing wall panels and other exterior building materials to perfect fit Establish scaffolding and other safety equipment on job site Maintain clean working area at all times Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations Ensure worksite safety and adjust as needed Comply with all company safety procedures Ability to operate basic hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time Not afraid of heights Supervise and train employees in daily operations Track and report daily and weekly progress Job
Qualifications:
