Job Description:
An Installer is responsible for the installment, maintaining and troubleshooting of roofs for residential and/or commercial projects.
Will work in extreme weather conditions and must have a positive attitude, dedicated work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
Good communication within White Castle & the community The ability to listen and understand information without clarification.
The ability to communicate clearly through a variety of channels such as phone and in person in order to ensure information is communicated clearly to everyone.
Maintain positive business relationships Seen as an individual people can go to with help Respectful to home and business owners as well as general contractors.
Driven for results - goal oriented and follow through Trusted to achieve goals successfully by being thorough, reliable, honest, and effective.
Cooperation & teamwork Seen as a team player, cooperative, and easily gains the trust & support of others.

Basic knowledge of materials and methods Installing new roofs and ability to cut roofing materials to perfect fit Establish scaffolding and other safety equipment on job site Maintain clean working area at all times Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations Ability to operate basic hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time Not afraid of heights Job
Qualifications:
Driver's License and clean driving record (preferred) Ability to work in all weather conditions Team oriented Those who will live out our core values of Hustle, Trust, and Safety Education:
